My name is Caz and this is my
blog. I live in Surrey in the UK with my
husband and baby son. In 2005 I was diagnosed with
coeliac disease which means to stay well I had to completely cut out gluten
from my diet. The blog started out as a way for me to collect
together gluten free recipes as I develop my cooking skills. Many of the recipes
here are adapted from recipes found elsewhere in cook books and blogs. I will always acknowledge and link back to the
source. I have no professional cookery training whatsoever. These are just the things I make at home for myself
and my husband. I try and make everything I eat as healthy as
possible and in season.
By day I work as
an Archivist of film, photographs and lately animation. When I’m not working, cooking or baking I can
be found with my nose in a book or traipsing through the countryside in search
of wide open spaces. From time to time
snippets from daily life sneak in to this blog too.
